The location was comfortable, to visit the Empathia bar on the beach side, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, Santa Ponsa Beach was nearby. The prestige junior suite was well-appointed, included a balcony, a coffee maker, and a safe.

The location turned out to be stunning, just off public areas, La Calma restaurant and a beautiful bay then a boat trip then a tram. The room was gorgeous and fantastic, equipped with the balcony, sofa bed, as example, it accommodated us perfectly.

My stay was very relaxing here. Place was fairly clean and spectacular. The staff were eager to help to solve any kind of issue. The breakfast was freshly prepared with variety of dishes. The location was gorgeous for traveling around Santa Ponsa, near the restaurant Enrique, Ricciardo, and Mandy, Scottish pubs and the outside areas. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Had exceptional stay of our 6 day visit. The staff were friendly professional and the pool was clean. Our room was a nice size with the usual fabulous view, liked having access to wake-up service. The location was magnificent, extremely close to Santa Ponsa Beach.

the hotel's location, tucked away from the central town area, offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The Star Prestige area provided exclusive access to a tented area, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and the pool areas were kept clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of delicious dishes, and the breathtaking views of the coastline and sea from both the room and pool were a definite highlight.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. The minibar in my room was not filled throughout my entire visit, despite bringing it to the staff's attention.
